Exceptional and incredible staff, had fabulous stay!!!

the venue was beautiful and great, i truly enjoyed the location really close to the supermarket, the different ski lifts and a good cafe, and mountain views. my room included a safe, a mini bar, and central heating. the location was marvellous, in the city center, its a plus. the service was first-rate during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from downtown Cortina d'Ampezzo and the iconic church. the staff is fabulous and fantastic, and the elegant king suite offers a stunning mountain view along with first-rate service.

We would not hesitate to return there, if we come to Cortina d'Ampezzo. Fortunately, free WiFi was available...

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and had all the modern amenities I needed. The view of the mountains from my room was absolutely stunning. The breakfast provided had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, in the heart of a bustling shopping district and close to several tram stations. the rooms are well-furnished, with spacious and clean bathrooms, and the breakfast is top-notch. the friendly staff offers excellent service, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel lacks certain amenities compared to more luxurious options, but still offers a comfortable and convenient stay.

During my Thanksgiving vacation, I had a fantastic experience at a charming hotel in the heart of a popular ski destination. the rooms were well-equipped with modern amenities, and the dining experience was exquisite. the hotel staff were attentive and went above and beyond to cater to my needs warmly. the hotel also provides maps and recommendations for local activities, which was helpful in planning my itinerary.

the only thing I could remark on would be that it can be a bit noisy at night because of its central location, but this was minor and didn't affect my overall experience at the hotel.

We were blown away by the hotel! Right in the center of downtown, with everything you could ever need right around the corner. Cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms always immaculate and well-stocked with amenities. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to give advice on transportation and provide directions. Lastly, the breakfast spread was out of this world, with a wide range of hot and cold foods to choose from.

We had an amazing ski-break at this centrally located hotel in Cortina. Easy access to restaurants and bars for apres ski. The ski bus to Socrepes was conveniently across from the hotel, only a 2-minute walk in ski boots. The gondola to the red/black runs was also just a 5-minute walk. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and attentive during our stay. The restaurant served fantastic food that we highly recommend. we had a great time and would definitely return to this hotel for our next ski holiday.
